The bungalow is clean and has comfortable beds. The garden is well maintained. The staff is very kind and did everything to make us feel good. They helped us with the transfer to the airport and with the organization of an excursion. Thank you!

Robort and his family were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me in arranging all my trips, including how to get to the treehouse, transportation to the airport, booking flight tickets, visiting the volcano, and even took me to the celebration. When I didn’t have enough cash to buy a ticket, Robort kindly helped me cover 600 Vatu—I’m truly grateful for that. His daughters were also adorable and guided me through the local tribal culture. They were all very patient. The condition of the treehouse was better than I expected. While it’s inevitable to see some small bugs, I didn’t encounter any rats. The treehouse is located right opposite the entrance to the volcano, just a two-minute walk to the ticket office—very convenient.
