Quite big building and I was there alone :). It was very peaceful and cozy. Marlene is very kind and the self-checkin was pretty seamless. It was only a sleepover for me, so I cannot talk about surroundings.

Johann is a very kind host, the house is situated in a little village in pleasant rural enviroment surrounded with some other farms with nice neighbours in Austrian countryside not far from the beautiful Attersee and Mondsee where onf can make an excursion by car as to Bad Ischl as well hike around the lakes or in montains.

My kids loved the apt and their room. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the local lake and made a great day trip to Salzburg. We also loved the mountain trip - a gondola brings you to the top. Parking was easy and apartment was great

Really unique expierince. Cozy and easy accomondation, but clean and quiet in the countriside with the animals so close to you. You can watch the sunrise direcetly from your bed :) Shower and toilet is adventure as well :D The host is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended, you will enjoy it! :)

The location was great. The house is above the Rutzenmoos village. It is a beautiful, spacious and well-equipped house in green surroundings.

Everything is great, new and clean. Highly recommend this lovely apartment hotel in a beautiful Austrian village. Everything we could have think of was already available in the apartment (even a pizza cutter). The owner is a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome. In the apartment itself I guess the top feature was the shower. Has a bunch of different buttons, features and directions of water flow. Very nice.
