The grounds are gorgeous, lots of shady spots to relax and hang out on hammocks or chairs which we loved! An absolutely wonderful family runs this place and they were so kind to us while we were there! The location is also perfect anything you need is walking distance and close to bus stop as well

This place has the best view of both, the Square and Burns Street!!! It is located close to everything: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, the market, cafes and the bus stop. The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows super comfortable. Nice-size shower, as well. The Receptionists were extremely friendly and helped me with lots of information, specially since it was a National Holiday and I was not aware that lots of services were not running as usual, so they helped me to prepare and this saved my days as I had to be in BC on time for my flight, they even helped to print out my boarding pass!!!!

Room was comfortable aircon and fan provided good cooking facilities free water soundproof rooms warm showers Hugo is awesome, we asked for advice on how to get to the border to Guatamala and he was luckily heading that way and offered us a lift, was cool talking to him along the way, really nice guy

Fantastic stay :-) Very nice and friendly staff. Close to restaurants and stores. Peace and quiet even though it is the center of the city The staff organized our transfer from the airport to the hotel, for which we thank you very much :-) Great place to organize a trip to ATM cave and ruins in Tical, Guatemala.

The receptionist was one so kind and friendly. She helped us with booking the ATM tour (cheaper and great tour) and with a shuttle (also cheaper Compared to others)

I loved the nice, quiet and clean room. It was very comfortable and quite well equipped. The bed sheets were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Outside the room was a terrace balcony, so I could have a last cold drink in the evening breeze before I went to bed.
