Our family of four had a great stay at Haus Toni. We have two young children and there was so much space! The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts each morning. This was a great location for exploring the Rhine River Valley. It is across the street from a church whose bells ring and the wood floors upstairs are a bit squeaky, but we sleep with a sound machine and never heard anything. The host met us to hand over the keys and communication with him was easy. Parking is right outside the house. I would highly recommend staying here.

It’s a family home which rents out the top floor to guests. You have your own room. The host is super nice, very welcoming, knows the whereabouts about the region (could give us tips in sightseeing and where the bike paths are the best)

I liked the breakfast and the location. We had the room on the top floor with beautiful views of the hills, castles and creek that runs under the building. The hosts were very friendly.

Arrival at any selected time, large and clean appartement, new furniture and accessories. Good location - little traffic on main street (maybe caused by roadwork nearby in the valley)

This was a little gem! Very spacious and clean. Richard was a excellent host. The location was perfect. It was only 5 minutes walk to the main town square, with cafes, bars and restaurants. But very quiet because just far enough away to avoid traffic and pedestrian noise. Warm enough to be able to sit outside on the back verandah of the houseboat and admire the view of the castle. We also ate at Richard's bar/restaurant a few nights where we were warmly welcomed by other restaurant "regulars", who had good English, which was handy because our German is non-existent! The bathroom is pretty small, but I think you should expect that on a houseboat. St Goar, is tiny, but quiet lovely, and an excellent base to explore the middle Rhine. We used trains, which run once per hour. All the river boats stop here too.
