I forgot to look online for the instructions, but they explained it perfectly when I sent a message. We LOVED having a grocery store in the parking lot next to us and a pharmacy below us. We had a washing machine and all the amenities one could want as well as an elevator, which made it extra convenient for my husband who has a hard time walking stairs. The balcony was extra special and the location to great restaurants that were accessible by walking once we found the "shortcut." The train station was about a mile away AND we got to enjoy a wine festival in Mainz! We loved everything about this place and WILL be back!!

Good size clean appartment almost all brand new, in a residential area with big full equipped kitchen (no oven) all brand new with tea coffee creamer oil salt pepper herbs included, dishwasher maschine and soap. Allover a great offer.

Well furnished apartment. Only thing is that u have to inform the owner few hours before you arrive so that he stays home. Booking .com ask u to mention the probable time of arrival but that's not enough for the owner.
