In reality even better than in pictures. The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen well equipped with pan, pot and coffee machine. Mickaël was very very helpful and kind, he came to welcome us even though there was a key safe as well. Wi-Fi connection was fast (even if the past reviews state the opposite).

A fantastic find! Large 1 bedroom flat in a beautiful historic home with a lovely private garden to enjoy the outdoors. The house is located in a very peaceful area while being close to the centre of Avranches. It was a quick walk to the shops and parks. There is a tranquil pasture overlooking the sea offering gorgeous views of Mont Saint-Michel! Very child-friendly with the closed back yard and children’s books and games available in the flat.
