The host kindly left the keys in a lock box and sent me a very clear explanatory video in order to obtain the keys when I arrived. It was easy to understand. I liked the warm room, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the place, the bed. Extraordinary comfort in every way. Moreover, I had to go to Gatwick airport and I received a message from the host to help me getting there and he called me a taxi. In addition, I received messages the day before my arrival and the same day to find out if everything was going well. I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend Ana guest house because you will be very well received there. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and you will be really delighted with your stay.

Great service all round, very friendly and accommodating staff, Please don`t change the breakfast menu "sausages are delicious" will definitely stay there again, and can highly recommend.

Cozy, comfy, contemporary interior. Hot shower, comfy bed, mini fridge, large screen tv with Netflix and bottled water and cookies. Walkable distance to Gatwick. Lovely Horley downtown. Easy accessibility to trains.

Thank you, Ryan, fir a wonderful stay. Our late arrival worked very well. The room was clean and comfortable. Had an excellent breakfast in the breakfast room, all thoughtful and well maintained. Transfer to the airport was easy. A great start of our trip. Would stay longer.

The place was spectacular and I loved how Christina was so accomodating with very clear instructions of checking in. She even prepared canned foood, bread and milk which was absolutely lovely as we were rushing to the airport the next day. The bathroom was very spacious and very clear and the entire place was spotless. The only regret is that I could not spend more time in this place as it is hands down the best place I have ever stayed in.
