There were thoughtful and considered touches throughout...lovely welcome pack and delicious farm milk in the fridge, luxury hand soap, hair and body wash that is Leaping Bunny approved. The whole cottage was aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Lots of storage space and well equipped.

If you're looking for a beautifully presented house with absolutely exceptional comfort AND in a beautiful, rural and tranquil location - then this is the house for you! We stayed here for 7 days as we wanted somewhere tranquil but close to a lot of the amazing things the area has to offer (including of course the stunning town of Lincoln). What we loved: - Big beautiful bedrooms with actually comfy beds! - Beautiful soft linens. - Big bathrooms with powerful showers (to be honest better pressure than our own, we were sorry to leave!) - Beautiful fully equipped kitchen. - Modern technology that actually works (TV, streaming that you can login to easily with your own accounts, broadband excellent - we worked a few days from the house so we could stay longer in the area and broadband was 100% spot on for our work requirement). - Big secure, fenced in garden for doggies. - Climate controlled heating, so always the perfect temperature. - Big washing machine! - EXCEEDINGLY clean, properly immaculate. Honestly, I just loved everything about this house - from the location to it's beautiful comfort. Enough space so nobody was on top of the others, it is very spacious and very liveable. We were very happy here. The host also is very responsive, flexible and nice. We were going to extend our stay (testament to how much we loved just being there - but we realised we didn't actually have enough of our dogs special diet food with us - so we actually did have to go home). We are 100% certain of a return to this very house so that we can explore more of the area and Lincoln. We'd never been and were very surprised by the enormous amount Lincoln and the surrounds had to offer. We will be back for sure. If you go, make sure you go for coffee/cake to the delightful Doddington Hall. Also if you are travelling with dogs, Lincoln Cathedral is fully dog friendly - as are most of the shops and restaurants/pubs in Lincoln.

The facilities and location were wonderful. Attention to detail was excellent. There wasn't anything missed here,which made the trip all the more enjoyable. Lovely.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left there was a warm inviting atmosphere. The owners and staff were lovely.. The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. We had all the facilities we required. The bed was comfortable which added to having a good night's sleep. We eat there on both nights as the food was of such good quality and staff were very efficient and friendly.

When we arrived, the host immediately recognized us and showed us around. The room was clean, large and well equipped in the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Especially the kitchen was very easy to use and I enjoyed cooking. There is also a laundry service, so I made use of it. The heartfelt hospitality I received remains in my heart very much. I will definitely use it again next time.

I was looking for something different to the usual hotel rooms for a night away. This is a lovely little guest house that has everything you need. It is set in a lovey village. The owner was very welcoming.
