There is under floor heating so we were snug and cozy, the apartment itself is beautiful. It is right in the middle of Old Colwyn so you have shops, take aways and pubs on your doorstep.

We were visiting Colwyn Bay for the Pete Tong Orchestra concert. The property was 12 mins walk from the Eirias Stadium and perfectly located for the beach and other day and evening options. It is a perfectly quiet location with enough places, within walking distance, for a short weekend stay. There was on free road parking, tea, coffee, fresh milk and lovely date cakes.

Everything is perfect in this property. This was our second stay, we stayed last July with both our parents and our kids and then came back for my mums 60th at the end of March with my brothers and family and they were just as impressed as we are with the facilities and spacious rooms, all with own TVs and sitting areas.

It was an absolute pleasure staying in the property. It was as shown on the site, very cleaned and everything in order. The property was very close to the beach and the market. We had great time staying there. Joel has taken care of every small things and made sure that guests are well taken care of.
