Everything was perfect. The hot tub was relaxing and the view was amazing. The house so clean and comfy and has everything you need. Gordon helped us with everything we needed even about taxi to go back to Glasgow. Thank you so much Gordon and Susie and definitely will visit again if we come to Scotland.

The hut itself was so gorgeously decorated, and felt so secluded even though it was incredibly easy to get to - there’s parking if you drive yourself or a bus stop just a five minute walk away. The stream along the property was so peaceful and the view of the campsies was amazing! Douglas helped us settle in when we arrived, and was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had plenty of firewood and kindling and showing us the ins and outs of the hut. The outdoor bath was such a luxury, as was the little outdoor fire space. Such a wonderful and relaxing weekend!

The purpose of our trip was for a family funeral. The house is lovely and in a very peaceful and quiet location in Milngavie. The house was freezing cold when we checked in and remained that way for 4 days. The property owner was unavailable the whole visit which was 7 days. Finally the management company who was overseeing the property sent out a technician to look at the thermostat which he eventually disconnected so we either had heat on or off. I asked through booking.com that we receive compensation for our visit and have not heard back from anyone. We returned home 3 days ago and no response to date. It made a very difficult time for our family even worse. On a couple of occasions it was 9 degrees in the house. The other issue was that there was no instructions on how to operate any of the appliances or anything else in the house.
