The room is modern, beautifully decorated and immaculate in every way. The bathroom is superb and the breakfast facilities (in the room) are all you would need. Christine and Tony are very friendly hosts and make you feel very welcome in their home. Very highly recommended and I will definitely return.

Beautiful property! All newly built and super clean room with window to horse stable. Several friendly barn cats came to visit us for cuddles and owner was very helpful. Everything worked as promised and we got a restful nights sleep.

Everything was good. But a big thanks to the Reception staff who directed me to some great pubs and a massive thank you to the Chef and Staff of the restaurant that prepared a fantastic breakfast to go, even though I turned up over half an hour before it should have opened. It left me humbled… the staff just want to take care of you and I’ll definitely return.

Living the outdoor life, with my daughter and granddaughter . my granddaughter thought this was amazing. We foraged wood and kindling , lit the log fire outside and toasted mallows under the stars. Lots of games to keep her entertained . The compost toilet was a new experience but again she loved it. Beds were comfortable and we were warm.

Great location, nice walk into centre of Exeter, very quiet neighbourhood, parking in front of property, all rooms were clean & fresh, fully equipped kitchen, lots of hot water for showers, good information sheet provided. Great value for money and I am very happy to recommend to others.
