The property is in a very quiet area in the tiny village of Livadia. The apartment is very spacious and luminous with all the amenities one could expect. The decoration is lovely and the overall atmosphere very cosy. The cleanliness is really exemplary. In front of the building there is ample, free parking space. On top of all these, it is the host and his family, who are kind, helpful and caring and try to make guests feel at home. Overall, an ideal hub for those who want to explore the charming lake Kerkini and its surroundings, provided that they have a car or other means of transportation. The whole region generally lacks touristic infrastructure but this is good for nature lovers!

The studio is amazing! It is cozy, very clean, with all facilities (especially coffee) and the view from the huge balcony is fascinating! Also, the host is very friendly, he texted us all the information with specific details, pictures. His mom welcomed us and she was very nice :)

The bungalows are renovated, really nice and very clean inside with private bath and a small fridge which was super convenient with two small kids. There is a lovely lawn and a small playground, plus a nice soccer field so plenty to do even if you just relax in the area.
