The apartment and facilities are great. Hand made furniture and decorations add a lovely touch as well as good internet, nice coffee machine and fully equipped kitchen. Nice yard outside. We didn't use the jakuzzi. George met us conveniently as we were arriving late evening and the place is difficult to find in the dark.

The location is exceptional . Located near the city of Preveza you can join the city in just 10 -15 min to have a wonderful evening there. If you feel like you don`t want to go out in the city you can spend your evening in a very quiet and friendly place at the garden of the hotel or in the balcony of the room . From the balcony you can see the ionian seafrom one side and the Amvrakikos Gulf from the other side seperated by green trees. The visit in ancient Nikopolis and museum is a must . The sense of walking around in the walls of the ancient city is great.

Everything was amazing! The place is a paradise on earth, taken care by the owners personally and with heart, especially Mr. Nikos. Everything looked even better than the pictures. It felt very private and care-free. There is a small cantine right next to it with nice cooked food and everything else is at a short ride distance. Perfect for couples and families!!!
