Gorgeous house. Really luxurious and it's clear the owners have put a lot of money and love into it. They left no stone unturned and even left a welcome hamper. Beds were super comfy. Amazing shower. Really warm despite the November weather. The house was spotless. Also dog friendly which is always a huge plus for us! Great location with lovely walks and 3 minutes drive to Garretstown beach for a dip! Ticks all the boxes. The hosts live on the same grounds but you wouldn't even know. Really great value for money for such a nice property in an excellent location. Would highly recommend.

Eileen was absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming. She made us tea with scones when we arrived and a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Her son and daughter in law were charming and I loved Harry, Eileen’s gorgeous golden retriever. The property is beautiful and as scenic as a postcard. We had a lovely time in this glorious place.

The property was beautiful with a nice view, and a very cute dog and cat to boot. John was a wonderful host that made a great breakfast as well, gave us a ride into town, and gave us recommendations about where to eat and what to do in Kinsale.

John the owner was such a great guy and made our stay really enjoyable. He explained everything we needed to know. Even though we did not book breakfast we asked and he was able to accomodate us. The views are amazing.

Marion was a fantastic host, she couldn't do enough for me and was incredibly helpful. The place has a beautiful view and is very cosy and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was amazing, both in choice and in quality. I couldn't recommend staying here enough.

Fabulous house in a perfect location. Very comfortable and clean. Loved that we could walk to town and leave the car parked at the house. Host was great, very responsive, helpful and friendly :) Would definitely recommend to others.
