Lovely little property with a decent sized swimming pool. Air-conditioned rooms and modern bathroom. Squeaky clean. Best thing were the people - everyone was incredibly nice and would go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Wonderful location overlooking the area of the nearby Moncalvo. The host are super friendly and welcoming. You feel immediately relaxed and excited to experience the area. Very good breakfast selection with local products only. Looking forward to another vacation there

We stayed in a great room! The beds were super comfortable. Minibar was for free and was refilled every day. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, made up the sheets, and even mopped the floor. The staff was extremely friendly, and the facilities were amazing. Received 2 hours of free entrance to the spa. The two swimming pools were very relaxt and not busy at all. The bistro was amazing, the food was delicious, and prices were a little on the high side for Italian standards, but the dishes are definitely worth it.

Perfect location to discover the beautiful region around Moncalvo. Very quiet location in the countryside (no traffic) of Piemonte and therefore perfect for people who appreciate peace and quiet. Very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, espresso machine, sheets and towels provided, private parking) and decorated with care. Easy to communicate via mail and whatsapp with hostess Susannah. Highly recommended!

The house is in pristine condition and location was just great . We just walked to Moncalvo’s truffle fair without bothering finding a parking spot .Good thing since the place was crowded. Nice view from our room and Patrizia was a perfect host
