This property was an entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. There was plenty of parking. The property did not offer meals but the apartment had a full and completely stocked kitchen. The owner, Govanni, was delightful. He was very eager to show us around the property and spoke his best English to counter our best Italian (somehow we managed to communicate just fine) The property was about a 10 minute drive ( an Italian drive) from Tivoli; not a problem in the daylight, but an adventure in the dark.

The host was so lovely and helpful. The room was small (we knew this when we booked the budget room) but perfect for our needs. There is an air conditioning unit in the room. Breakfast was good and the cakes were amazing! The building is beautiful.

Great location, short walk to train and free parking. Short walk to center of Tivoli. Clean, comfortable, very friendly hosts. Parco Villa Gregoriana and Villa d'Este short walk, uncrowded, well worth seeing.

It is a quiet place, although not far from the highway, the highway exit being close to the property. The property is well equipped and is favourably situated for car trips around the Lazio or Abruzzo regions. A railway station is also near the property and it is the quickest way to reach Rome. A private car parking is another advantage.

You get what you want and need! I stayed here for 5days. So comfortable and the location is perfect. The station and the supermarket are close(10min walk) so it’s easy to put your luggages then go around the city. The city is uphill so it would be a bit difficult if you have to drug your luggage but this place is easy to reach out from the station. The room is very clean and all looked new!!! The owners are friendly, kind and responsible, they treat this place very nicely. Thank you so much :))))
