The hosts were the loveliest ever, made us feel at home straight away! Nico and Pierluigi gave us amazing recommendations and were available for our questions and needs. The facilities are beautifully and tastefully renovated and the view is amazing! We wish we could’ve stayed longer. So peaceful and quiet, helped us unwind and relax.

1. The area is very beautiful. We lived in the detached house with our own piece of garden, so that nobody interrupts our privacy. And at the same time we lived in the close vicinity to people, which creates a feeling of comfort and safety. 2. The house is located right near the forest, where we had short walks. 3. There is a dog on the farm. At the beginning we were a little concerned about it, because our daughter is afraid of dogs. But after a while, they become good friends and the dog Mora always accompanied us when we go to the forest. 4. The communication with the owner was good and constructive. Franca helped us with any our question and request. 5. There is a big supermarket nearby with delicious food and products, named Gala. 6. There was a small booklet with all the places and activities you can do in the area. This was really helpful.

The location of this rental property is very quiet with an excellent view of a wonderful garden and the undulating hills of Umbria, but it is still only a short drive away from Perugia. This central location makes it possible to explore in day trips all the remarkable Umbrian towns such as Spello, Orvieto, Assissi, Lago di Castello and the Trasmanian sea, Norcia, Spoleto, etc. The size of the house is difficult to appreciate from the description at booking.com: The semi-detached house encompasses two floors of the depicted duplex on the right hand side in the booking.com photographs including the spacey conservatory on the ground floor. The 2 bathrooms (one holding a very modern washing machine) are especially helpful for a larger family which can make good use of the 2 separate bedrooms on the first floor and a cot in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils and appliances (including a very large fridge/freezer combination, microwave oven, gas cooker, electric stove, coffee machines, sufficient storage spaces, renovated kitchen cabinets with a large collection of pots, dishes and cutlery not to mention a large open fireplace). Especially worth mentioning are the flat screen TV sets in nearly all rooms (including the kitchen and all bedrooms), plus a supersized one in the conservatory. The living room has a large table that can seat 6 people. There exists a large collection of nick-nacks that make you feel less like renters but more like guests in the house of friends. It is important to point out the quality of the heating system which can be individually regulated on the different floor levels as well as in most of the rooms.

The house has a wonderful location, but you must have a car. There is a very nice garden with a terrace for coffee, dinner etc.

every thing was at its best the owner was a great person , he was so friendly and kind i would give this place five stars for every thing . i was in a lot of places and guesthouses and I would put this place in the top blindly
