Lovely, spatious room at walking distance to town. A very nice host who gave advice on a restaurant but even more so, made us aware of the Grotte di Frasassi. And of course we toon his advice. The shower was a gift: best shower ever!

Fantastic and picturesque ancient Italian Villa overlooking beautiful hills. The lady in charge was amazing and extremely helpful and kind. The rooms in the main building are more spacious but also more expensive and if the hotel is hosting a wedding (which is often the case in summer) the rooms in the villa can be disturbed by the music and festivities. The annex rooms and their bathrooms are quite small but cozy. Parking is free and safe on the hotel grounds next to the main villa and annex. You need a car to get here or a taxi but it’s still close to Fabriano town, the Grotte di Frasassi, Genga and other sights.
