The location was very quite, Beautiful area, a very nice house in very good condition. Was renewed but left in historic condition, for wall, ceilings and floors, All the Baths and kitchen were in good shape. For hikes it would be a great place to stay, although our group traveled to Gubbio and Assisi and the house was within about 30 minutes. Both Italiani and Americani were in the group. Host were very nice and very helpful with advise.

From the arrival to the last day we have been treated like family, it's definitely a unique kind of stay. From the people to the place and the location itself It's truly a hidden gem in the hearth of Umbria. Situated at reasonable driving distance from every major city, a car is required to get around here. We had dinner in the structure most days of our stay, it was prepared with all genuine ingredients and soulful touch. It has an outdoor swimming pool with a fantastic panoramic view. I can recommend this stay to families and solo travelers as well as long as you have transportation.
