It was amazing time in beautiful place that will stay in our memories forever. Owner of the place is so nice, that its even hard to describe - he helped us with everything. Everything was perfect. We spent there 9 days and all of them were amazing. Parking place is very close to the house so there is absolutely no problem with that.

The place is quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very kind and attentive. The swimming pool was a blessing as we were there in those extremely hot days. It literally saved us from the unbearable hours of the day, so we got to travel around Umbria during the mornings and evenings, letting the steam off in the pool. There were also two warm jacuzzis near the pool that were very nice as well. Breakfast was very good and they have a very renowned restaurant that we intended to go to but could not as the hot weather forced us to go on round trips at dinner time. All in all, it’s an excellent option to stay with a great location, basically in the heart of Umbria.

My wife and I visited Umbria in June. We stayed at this very nice Agriturismo, they produce an excellent olive oil, as well some Amaro. Very friendly owners, we appreciated their knowledge of the area and the restaurant suggestions. A place to come back.

Loved the fireplace and being able to get wood on site. Hosts were very gracious and friendly. Very comfortable bed and nice linens. Towel heater in bathroom was great. Coffee supplied too. Location convenient for day trips to Assisi, Perugia Spoleto, and area. Hosts made us dinner reservations at 2 wonderful restaurants nearby (Trevi and Campello sul Clitunno).

Oh my gosh! This was my favorite stay on the entire Via di Francesca walk. I LOVED the dogs! All of them!! Such well behaved sweethearts who loved to give and receive affection. Eleanora and her husband are equally lovely human beings. I booked this on my 52nd birthday, and it was by far one of my favorite life experiences ever.
