we were there before and will always come back. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with staff also being super nice. The Cappuccino is outstanding and the hotel is quite central in Ulassai.

Marco and Bea were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing 11 days there. We actually went for a honeymoon and were not expecting to climb a huge amount due to being British and the summer heat. This exceeding our expectations and the local climbing, house and scenery were all perfect. Highly recommend!!!

Helen has invested a lot of effort to make every single detail perfect, e.g. adding the symbol of the flat to coffee cups, introduction material even on the book shelves, etc She also provided a very informative guidance to the surrounding area and good advices about local specialists, like the cherry festival in the next city. In simple words, Helen is the role model of the excellent host and I can just recommend to everyone to try this gem among the hills.
