Super apartment & has all amenities. Supermarket and hairdresser on ground floor. Pool on 7th floor. Wonderful balcony view over Colombo, at night the beautiful Lotus tower is changing colours directly in sight. Tuk tuks available out front.

The owner was amazing from the moment we took the flight till the second we arrived he was in touch and spoke with the drivers and stuff to make sure we get there safely, the restaurant in the place is amazing and the dishes are huge! Everything here is great, and makes you feel comfortable and happy, at a very reasonable cost. Room is fully furnished, with all amenities - TV, AC, towels, blankets, table, chair, extra plug points, flat TV, water bottles, free Wifi. The bathroom is equally good with 24 hours hot water, soap, shampoo, hand wash, etc. Entire property is very well maintained, neat and clean, kudos to the hardwork of the manager and the old care taker couple. They are very friendly and welcoming. They take care of you as their home guest. The best part is the breakfast, which aunty cooks, extremely delicious. And they offer good breakfast options you can choose from. It is served with tea/coffee/juice, as per our choice. It is located in a silent residential area. The location is very close to Cargills supermarket, some good food points, including McDonalds, a Budhist spiritual centre, all in walkable distance. It is 10-15 minutes from the central business area and the National Hospital area, well connected by bus, as well. I have stayed at over 10 different properties in Sri Lanka over the last 2 years, but this I would rate to be the best from all angles. This would be my first preference in future.

Mohan is not just an apartment owner. He became our friend. We are happy to met him! Mohan is very interesting and wise man. He likes his business very much! He told us about his family history and also about himself and his hobbies. One of his hobbies is Karaoke singing! We spent the evening in singing the songs. He sang mostly, of course, but on My Way I couldn't resist and helped him😁 At the end of the evening, my wife and I sang our traditional folk song for him. The review would be unfair if all the impressions of the stay were reduced only to the owner. Mohan studied hospitality in the UK, and after that he worked in famous hotels in the UK and Sri Lanka. He follows the same rules in his apartment. The room is perfectly clean, pre-cooled with air conditioning. The balcony overlooks the river and the various birds that live there. We saw some parrots. A comfortable bed, a refrigerator, cool drinking water - everything leads to a good rest for body and soul. Every breakfast at Mohan's house is a masterpiece. Be sure to try this wonderful 5-course breakfast with fruits, toast, jams, scrambled eggs, vegetables and coffee or tea.
