The place was incredible. We arrived very late but the owner was still friendly and waiting for us. The apartment was very warm and cozy and the room was very spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything you’d need so it was very convenient to cook meals. The owner had also prepared few huge bottles of drinkable water for us so we did not have to worry about water. The surrounding was super quiet and beautiful. It was also perfect that we could take our dog with us.

The breakfast was very nice, it was not a usual buffet but it was more than substantial. The receptionist was friendly.

Place is a total hidden gem and we will definetly be back. Historic old building, it was a true experience, it was a big living room in the first floor & bedroom, upstairs one private room and room with sleeping options as well. Another 2 houses outside was one sauna and other one well equipped kitchen with shower and toilets, all clean and very comfortable. 2 nice fire places inside the main house. It was an amazing experience stay in historic house but the comfort was not missing. Owner of the house greeted us and told the story about the house, we used sauna and for an extra fee Latvian style “Jacuzzi” baļļa. Very private property, with plenty of spaces, all comfortable and nothing was missing. Will be back to enjoy the nature with bicycles next time spring or another sauna session in the winter.

Spacious and tidy house, private bathroom for each room. A lot more than we expected for this price. No neighbors close by, nice and quiet.

We stayed for one night. Room was clean and warm, has towels and shampoo, toilet paper. Amazing breakfast! Staff speak English.
