I stayed there with my wife and three children and we absolutely loved everything. The owner was really nice and friendly and showed us all the facilities. She had prepared the fireplace and sauna for us. The location is beautiful and very peaceful, in the middle of the forest and with a lake full of wildlife surrounding part of the house. The house is in great shape, pretty new and very spacious. The gazebo was impressive. Every small detail had been thought of and the decorations were very tasteful. They had plenty of firewood and bottled water for us. The kitchen was completely equipped. The lighting of the ruins of an old mill was magical. Also a very nice walk to Gauja river. I'm so glad we stayed there.

House is BRAND NEW, surrounding area is well maintained and trimmed! A lot of space to run free. Right next to they have made a a pretty big pond that You can use to cool of when used a hot tub. Hot tub is available when requested and we definitely used it to have full experience. Ideal place to find a peace to get away from city life or just love country side. In the morning You can hear birds chirping and blend in with nature. If you forgot a favorite snack than nearest store is about 5km away. Staff is superb, if You need anything, just let them now and You will be taken care of!

Lovely, quiet and very green location, close to river lake and Cesis. Bed (even tho it’s a sofabed) VERY comfortable, in fact probably the best sleep we’ve had in long time. Kitchen has all that’s needed for cooking basic breakfasts and dinners. I love that’s there’s mosquito net on window, so we could sleep with window fully open and enjoy sound of rain and birds chirping.. and no traffic. Host even hooked us up with wifi, thanks! We loved to stay here so much that we even extended our time here, and again the host was very helpful and accommodating.

It was extremely clean, loved that it had all the needed things: dishes, cleaning supplies, towels. very quiet in housing area, when you want a quick coffee, the lavazza machine was just 100m.

Lovely place and wonderful service from the people in charge of the cabins. Such a good location in the middle of Gaujas national park.
