The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside space was well maintained and had multiple areas for hanging out, eating, swimming, and relaxing. The (very very) blue lagoon is only 3-4 feet deep in front of the property for about 100 meters which was a great surprise. Very short (10 min.) drive to the city center but there are a lot of good food/drink options closer to the property (6 min. drive). I will be telling all of my friends to book this place when they visit Bacalar!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service and ambience were both TOP NOTCH. The views were surreal. Can't say enough good things about Viri, Betza, Jessy & Vicente. They made my stay very comfortable. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tutto !!! L'addetto alla reception è super cortese. Il posto più bello dove ho soggiornato durante la mia vacanza. Si trova secondo me nella parte più bella della laguna, vicino al paese (5 minuti in macchina) ha un bel pontile dove ci si può rilassare, farsi un bagno o farsi un giro con il kayak, Anche se non era specificato al mattino offrono anche una colazione light a buffet. Abbiamo adorato questo posto
