The room was quiet and the location was amazing. I loved that the room was dry even though outside the level of humidity was high and there were no insects in our room during our stay. The neighborhood was also safe and nice.

It's super close to the airport which is the main reason for booking it. Also we love that it was family run and operated. They helped us with all of our questions and concerns! We got in late and they directed us to a nearby store to get food and Sim cards to save money. The air-conditioning was great in the room and much needed after a few hit nights.

The Hotel is well located in the center of the city. The metro is very close. The chef's restaurant is a good person and very helpful. They are clean and organized. The security guys were gentle. There is a coffee machine and a fridge in the room.

The staff was exceptionally. The manager went of her way to be helpful in whatever way she could. She lined up a guide (Roberto) for my friends and me and answered whatever questions we had. A pen of mine leaked quite a bit of ink on to a shirt I really like and she found someone who somehow managed to entirely remove the stain foe something like a dollar. The rooftop swimming pool / bar area was fantastic with plenty of seating and a phenomenal 360 degree view which took in the skyline and Pacific Ocean. The room I had was great and more than adequate. Everything worked just fine. The location was terrific as there were many stores, banks, and restaurants, etc. within a short walking distance as was Balboa Avenue. The neighborhood seemed entirely safe for walking around.
