The apartment is one of the most comfortable apartments we've ever booked. It was spotlessly clean, big. We often cook for ourselves and the kitchen has all the amenities you can imagine, all the cooking accessories you need. The location is great, we even found a rent-a-car service 10 min away (walking) so we could pick the car next morning. Our plane arrived and departed in the middle of the night and the owners of the apartment offered a ride from airport to apartment and back which was perfect for us. Laireth is one of the most caring hosts, she and her husband were always prepared to help with advice or a ride when we needed. We definitely recomend!

Beautiful views from this house of the ocean and part of Funchal. House was in a quiet neighborhood and close walk to cafes, restaurants, and small produce/grocery store. Larger grocery store is near as well. Host met us at the location to give us keys and show us the property and rooms. Our flight was significantly delayed so we did not get in until after 2am, but they still happily met us there (they did charge us a late check-in fee though). They gave us a nice welcome gift of snacks and wine. Overall a very nice place to stay on Madeira with our family. Hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive.
