Very clean and cosy apartment. The location is great, the best restaurants are close and also the center of the city. The host is very very nice. He gave us all the informations. We had a private parking space. The rooms are new and beautiful. The restaurant NISLIJSKA MEHANA is close and its amazing, the food there is excellent, so is the staff.

a pretty decent and clean accommodation at walking distance from the Niš airport, true to its description here. given the recent appropriation for purposes of hospitability industry, everything is remarkably new and working properly, including AC, which was able to cool down the room from nightmarish 30℃+ and allow for some great rest during night; bed was firm and very relaxing; tv is smart. while amenities are strictly basic, there's enough stuff to make a pleasant stay, such as fridge & essential kitchenware; bathroom features its own water heater. within a minute of walk, there's a shop and even a bakery; a bus stop for both stations and city center is close-by; city noise level is minimal. communication with host was great; in general, hosts seem very attentive to their guests, and probably open to various requests, especially if you stay for longer, so don't be afraid to ask if you need something, even furniture, like tables/chairs etc.

It was so beautiful, very cozy and modern new apartment! Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom with huge shower. Also fully equipped kitchen with tea and coffee as well. The owners were so nice and spoke perfect English. It was very close to airport, 10 mins walk, I recommend 100%!
