The location is walking distance from Old Ankara where we enjoy visiting all attractions nearby. The hotel is clean and the staff so helpful and friendly. The hotel manager help us with arrangement, including so helpful to pick us from bus station.

The most precious thing about this hotel is the personnel. They greet you with their glamorous smiles, take care of you like a baby and don't hesitate a second to give you the care, help and support that you need or ask for. Professional staff, polite, courteous, attentive, responsive and truly kind. The hotel itself is so beautiful, located at the heart of Ankara, literally 10-15 minute walk from Kizilay square, with loads of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés around. Although the hotel can arrange airport shuttle for you(for a fee of course), you can just get the bus from airport to Kizilay and then take a taxi to the next crossroad where the hotel is located, or just walk if your luggage is not too heavy. Opposite the hotel, there is a really big park with a pond in the middle, ideal for early morning and evening strolls with family and kids. The continental breakfast is amazing, everything is so delicious, don't miss it. Rooms are spotless and the bedding and towels white as pearl. An exciting menu is available for lunch and dinner with a variety of dishes and salads and snacks. And the spa and wellness centre, just WOW. Got myself a balinese massage and it was out of this world. It is recently renovated, makes you feel like you've stepped into heavens and has a long list of massages available that suits any individual's appetite, and the Turkish hammam, a must try!!!. A cosy and neat gym is also available for guests. If you are thinking of staying in Ankara, don't even think twice. Book with New Park Hotel and you'll sure book it again. I already call myself a regular. Thanks to all people involved. We had an incredible stay and we'll definitely go back.
