Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 3.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 3. Check in is at 4 pm for some reason. Parking is not free. The room wasn't clean enough when we checked in. I'm not even talking about the robe that should be in a 4 star hotel, but we didn't have one-time usable slippers in the room, but we didn't have a toilet brush to clean after yourself. The water tap was broken, lighting in the room is horrible. The climate control has two option - hell and off. No soap near the sink so you have to use a gel from the shower to wash your hands. The door on the balcony doesn't close tightly. Pretty sure will find a better option for the same value

The hotel is split into two parts, the very nice new part and then the apartment hotel. The resort bars and facilities were good, the staff were friendly and helpful. Some very good parts to the hotel but overall disappointing. Would possibly stay in the newer part if back in Andorra in the future but would ideally stay more central.

The location, the view of the balcony and the interior of the room is perfect. The hotel is absolutely giant also. It’s by far the best hotel in the area in my opinion. Everything was great!
