Hinta-laatusuhde ei ollut kohdallaan. Hotelli oli jo hieman korjauksen tarpeessa ja nuhjuinen. Käytävien kokolattiamatto oli likainen ja rikkinäinen. Spa-osasto oli todella vanha eikä kutsuva joten emme kylpeneet siellä. Edellisen päivän myrskyn jäljiltä uima-altaat olivat mutaiset ja poissa käytöstä. Olimme valinneet kalliimman hotellin yöpymiseen juuri spa ja allas fasiliteettien takia. Emme käyttäneet kumpaakaan. Toki säälle ei mitään mahda . Pyysimme kuirenkin kompensaatioita ku resort palvelut olivat poissa käytöstä. Sitä ei tarjottu vaan pyytämällä saimme sitten lounaspöytään ilmaisen aterian. Se oli toki hienoa mutta niin kuin sanoin, vasta valittamisen jälkeen. Hotelli oli luokiteltu 5 tähden arvoiseksi mutta ei missään nimessä ollut kuin juuri ja juuri 3 tähteä.
