I’m so glad that I added breakfast on for myself and my daughter. There were so many options and they were all beautifully presented. The club lounge was another great addition. Set amid the landscaped gardens with its private beach overlooking the Grand Canal, Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi is inspired by renaissance architecture. It offers an outdoor pool, a gym and 8 restaurants. The hotel was fantastic from the very beginning - both visually and service wise. Upon check in we've been upgraded to a nicer room with a nice surprise in it for our anniversary; the staff were super professional and hospitable and genuinely seemed eager to make our stay more pleasant (Ilias & John are the best!); breakfast buffet was opulent and rich with mouth-watering delicacies; the bathrobes were ridiculously soft; the complimentary water bottle service by the pool was a very pleasant surprise (not to mention that the pizza we ordered came on a tricycle), and the proximity to the airport. The hotel is so big it kind of reminds you the resorts in Vegas. Overall 10/10.
