Nesse ponto, o lugar atendeu as expectativas.

We loved everything about Serenata. The restaurant served delicious food, and it was spacious and exceptionally clean. Every member of the staff was outstanding, always friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed, but the check-in process was made very easy. Although the hotel states that check-in is available until 10:00 p.m., they are happy to accommodate late arrivals without any issues, even until around 3:00 a.m. After that, they simply ask guests to inform them if they expect to arrive even later. The swimming pool is wonderful, and at night, under the moonlight, it becomes truly magical. They are also very flexible with the pool closing time, allowing guests to enjoy it a little longer.
