Our stay at Platea Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops. It made exploring the area incredibly easy, and we could reach everything on foot. The staff were truly exceptional. They were always smiling, kind, and welcoming. They answered every question with patience and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. No request was ever too much for them—they were always happy to help and went above and beyond to ensure every guest was satisfied. The breakfast was delicious, and the high-quality coffee was one of the highlights of our mornings. We even found ourselves enjoying coffee outside in the beautiful surroundings, which made the experience even more special. The whole area is beautiful, lively, and full of charm. We loved every moment of our stay. Thank you to the amazing team for your hospitality and kindness. We will definitely come back whenever we visit again. Highly recommended!

Mateo was a great receptionist and helped me feel at home in Shkoder. The Breakfast was complete and delicious. The room was super comfortable and new.

I liked that the resort is a complete package, with a beautiful swimming pool, modern hotel facilities, and convenient parking. The entire property is tastefully designed and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The restaurant next to the hotel also deserves special praise for its quality and service.

Better than expected! Booked for one night as we were arriving late and wanted convenient parking. But…we liked it so much we booked for two more nights! The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious, every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous!! It’s walking distance to everything, it’s in the center but quite. This hotel is a great value.

Everything was excellent. We arrived a bit later then expected and staff was super understanding. Communication was a breeze, and they even provided some info about restaurants and things to see in the town.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but there are still places nearby where you can grab a drink or a bite to eat in the evening. The staff is very polite and helpful. Now about the room itself – simply superb, worthy of a 5-star hotel. Spacious, a comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, and a large bathroom with a really nice shower system. 12 points out of 10!

Excellent new hotel, large room with huge balcony. Very clean and comfortable, located close to restaurants. Accommodated an early check-in. Staff very pleasant. Sorry we only booked one night!

The communication with the staff was effective and straightforward. The Miss at the reception was very receptive, respectful and kind; she was able to accommodate out needs perfectly. The rooms are very well furnished, the beds are super comfortable and the atmosphere entirely was calm and comfortable. Even a a big group we were very happy with the service provided. The location being so central is perfect for those who want to explore even at night and have a quick and easy way back.

When we arrived the stuff was so warm and very hospitality, they help us to park the car. The location is in the center of the most beautiful part of the street and exactly in the middle of the city, the room was very clean, new and comfortable with small balcony to the lovely garden, the breakfast was a le cart like in a restaurant and the price was perfect. I will come back again if I will be in Shkodar
