We booked a room for July 19, and the reservation was made on July 13. However, upon our arrival at the hotel on July 19, we were informed that our room was already occupied and that they could not locate our booking in their system. Despite this, we have both a confirmation code and email proof of the reservation. The property is a rental house located in Dilijan, and unfortunately, the administrative service was very poor.

A true haven of peace in the heart of nature! Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay at Ecokayan Hotel. This place is gorgeous. We shared one of the "cottages", which is actually a modern and very comfortable two story, three bedroom apartment. It overlooks a small garden, which leads up to the pool area. This is great to, it's heated, has a bar and magnificent views.

The resort is an excellent place for comfortable stay. Facilities are very fresh, design of the room and hotel is perfect, staff is very pleasant and professional, and the pool just makes it all perfect. Food is also very good and diverse. Loved the full experience. The place was magical for a calm day or two. The decorations and attention to details. The views just magnificent. The room was équiped with everything we might need. Breakfast was good as well. Finally and most importantly, I can't thank the stuff enough, the whole family loved how friendly and helpful they are and that's everyone without any exceptions! They all went above and beyond whether from finding places and gems around the region, to explaining the food etc.
