I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel in Gyumri! The rooms and the hotel are very clean and well-maintained. Beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent — especially the omelette made fresh by the chef at the live cooking station. Absolutely delicious! The staff truly make this place stand out. From the reception to the cleaning team, everyone was extremely helpful, patient, and incredibly kind. A special thank you to Angin, who speaks perfect English and was always ready to assist with anything, and to Artur, who took amazing care of all the guests. They even made sure I got home safely — such a thoughtful gesture! I'm genuinely touched by their hospitality. A wonderful stay all around.

Clean room with full mini bar and toilet brush (unlike that new thing in many hotels: empty minu bar and no toilet brush). Comfortable bed, the blanket is not packed under mattress which SO AMAZING! Very good fresh air in the room, quite street, very good restaurant and live music on some days. I was also amazed by complimentary not just water but a bottle of local armenian premium quality wine in the room.
