The room was nice and clean with fresh clean towels brought everyday, the view of the Andes was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite nice also.

Breakfast was lovely and the accommodations are gorgeous. The location was perfect to explore the beautiful Mendoza region. We especially looked forward to our conversations with Juan at the front desk who was so kind, helpful and supportive!!

Second time in Mendoza, second time in this hotel. Amazing place, great activities and rooms, casino, cinema, excursions, restaurants and pool. Great underground parking with special places for guests, completely free. Personal is friendly and kind, gave us a tip how to exchange the money now (there is great exchange rate in casino, but to change dollars or euro you need to buy casino tickets in the cashier desk, then put into slot machine and collect vouchers, that you can exchange for pesos on the cashier).

Beautiful gardens and pool area. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the reception staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

The stay was great. Everyone was extremely friendly and incredibly helpful with booking wine tastings, arranging drivers etc. They really took care of everything and were so kind. The room was really nice and spacious and the hotel is very beautiful overall and even has a gym. The food and breakfast were also great. Can highly recommend!
