Everything was perfect. The room was clean and very comfortable. Facilities were great! You have to try the restaurant downstairs which was delicious, we ate there all the time. And the staff was very helpful :)

The common area is very cozy and modern. The roof of the restaurant can open, which is super cool. The staff is also friendly. The rooms have lockers, however, be sure to bring your lock. The hostel also offers some activities and you can book your tours directly through them.

Perfect location with the most friendly staff. Super clean hotel and rooms cleaned every day. Lovely hot water for shower and cute breakfast which I was allowed to have later than planned. Def stay here again Great value for money 10/10

It was pure luxury. We had stayed elsewhere in salta and this was such an upgrade. The shower and bath were fab. The bed super comfy, breakfast was excellent

Very neat and clean rooms. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Gonzalo and his team will help you with anything you need. The staff maintains the rooms regularly. The hotel is located in the centre of Salta, close to all nearby attractions. There was parking also available for my motorbike. I really enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel's atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing and cosy, from the interiors to the staff, everything was excellent, the rooftop was a lovely extra! Breakfast very well.

Really comfortable after trip along long, dusty roads - feels like an oasis of calm! Nice clean rooms, great pool and very good Exec Club Floor (loved the afternoon tea). Great to be able to easily park at hotel as well.

Really clean, modern, spacious rooms in a good location walking distance to the main plaza. The pool was a nice bonus and being heated and undercover meant we could spend a whole afternoon in the pool. Breakfast was nice too.

Amazing personal that always took care of us. Everyone from the servers to the cleaners were always smiling. The room was always freshly cleaned and smelled amazing.(no matter if we left the room at 10am or 14pm) when we came back we had a clean room. Also amazing views from both the room and the pool/lounge area. To lay at the pool and watch over the city at dawn was magical. The area felt really safe also.

Modern city centre hotel with extra large rooms.

Hotel Colonial Salta is a charming small hotel located downtown, in Plaza 9 de Julio. You will live in an old building, with all the facilities, decorated with stylish furniture. The architecture is amazing, and the atmosphere is one of the best I have seen in my travels.

A beautiful and old-fashioned in the best way hotel right in the center of Salta. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm (I visited in June). Totally recommend!

The location was excellent with all amenities such cafes and restaurants a few steps away. In the evenings the plaza where the property is located was buzzing with people and families enjoying the street entertainers and musicians performing there. That said the property itself was quiet and facilitated a good night's sleep.

We loved the whole place. From the reception desk, to the rooms, massage and sauna, the attention and breakfast were exceptional. We definitely recommend it!

Great location very comfortable

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, whether it’s Alejandro with the shuttle service, who kindly supported me in respect of the next stop on my trip, the reception staff, the young señorita at breakfast, or the cleaning lady. I felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable. The rooms have everything you need and are very clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center and very close to the pedestrian zone. Always happy to return! I’ve already booked again!
