Lovely staff and facilities. The breakfast was good, too. I got a massage at the spa and that was great too. Good and safe location, not in the centre but very walkable with good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was great , wine happy hour was excellent, very nice they moved us to the 11 floor suit when there was a plumbing room. We appreciated the doorman/porter/loony staff/ front end staff going the extra mile and putting up the Canadian flag up for us. Alexander is my middle name.

The staff was so nice and helpful, they are there 24/7 and really cared about answering our questions etc. The room was really big and comfortable with great closet space, big nice bathroom, comfortable bed... Everything perfect. The pool on the rooftop is a very nice plus with a lot of space to chill. The breakfast has a lot of options. All important spots in Salta (main square, Caseros, bus terminal and so on) can be reached in a few minutes on foot. All in all great value for money!

Perfect location with the most friendly staff. Super clean hotel and rooms cleaned every day. Lovely hot water for shower and cute breakfast which I was allowed to have later than planned. Def stay here again Great value for money 10/10

I liked the colonial style of the house and the rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was great and it was walking distance to salt s main points and restaurants

Very neat and clean rooms. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Gonzalo and his team will help you with anything you need. The staff maintains the rooms regularly. The hotel is located in the centre of Salta, close to all nearby attractions. There was parking also available for my motorbike. I really enjoyed my stay here!

As expected from a Sheraton, it's a comfortable hotel. My room was spacious and clean with a big comfy bed. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Overall, it was a nice experience. I have stayed at Casa Real twice now. The location is good, the rooms are very big and the stay overall was quite comfortable.

Staff really went the extra mile to provide breakfast at 5 in the morning as we had to catch the bus that early. Thanks again!

The location was excellent with all amenities such cafes and restaurants a few steps away. In the evenings the plaza where the property is located was buzzing with people and families enjoying the street entertainers and musicians performing there. That said the property itself was quiet and facilitated a good night's sleep.

Can’t speak too highly of this property - everything was perfect. There was a problem with the internet which couldn’t be resolved easily so our room was changed to an area where the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. The staff was kind, friendly and very efficient.
