The location is absolutely amazing. We wanted to take short hikes with our dog which was no problem here. Altausee is very close and is a marvelous lake to hike around and swim or paddle across. Would like to visit again maybe in the winter as well.

A beautiful small lake nestled in the mountains. The area offers many activities and also the possibility to just chill and relax. It is a great place to spend your whole vacation or to use as your launching pad to enjoy the Salzkammergut area.

The buffet breakfasts offer many choices of fresh, traditional cuisine. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and many have view to the lake or a quiet pretty street. The staff is very profesional and friendly. We will certainly be coming back and highly recommending this hotel.
