Beside the center location and the rich breakfast I would say that the welcoming approach of the team and every employee that I met did all to give us the best experience for great vacation

Exceptionally welcoming and friendly stuff, spacious rooms.

Kind and lovely stuff, great place, good view, delicious breakfast, and clean room

Excellent location, five minutes walk from the center, the owner is kind and welcoming, the location has a warm atmosphere and is clean and well-kept.

This property has been in heir family for years and there is obviously deep roots here. They care about their home and that everyone feels very welcome. As we were at breakfast, Helga’s husband sat and talked with two other different guests who were return visitors and they carried on like the deepest of friends. Very sweet. Oh and for breakfast each table had a card with our room number and was set for the number of guests expected for the breakfast. Cook to order eggs was nice too.

It is a wonderful place it is our second time and loved it The stuff is great happy to help every time the breakfast is wonderful

Amazing staff: very kind, professional and helpful. The room was spacy, with a huge balcon and a breathtaking view on the mountains. The bathroom was HUGE, really modern. Pool was great as well. The food was served in a professional way with waiters making sure nothing's missing. I got what I expected and what I paid for, very satisfied! :)

Great breakfast....friendly staff . Right in front of alstadt center

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere

The place is very beautiful, the location is great and the service is excellent.

Very nice breakfast , and very nice location

Food was excellent. I was on a half board basis and the evening meal was four courses every night. Very Austrian dishes which were always beautifully cooked and presented. This is a family run hotel and it was noticeable from the moment I arrived until checkout the warmth shown to me by all the staff. I would certainly come back to this hotel.

Very nicely designed and clean. It feels so warm. The breakfast buffet is great too and the staff are welcoming and made our late self check in as seamless as could be. We stopped there for one night and I wish we could extend. The location is right at the center and close to everything you need.

Amazing spa. Amazing breakfast with a kind staff. Good location. Great room. Surely we will return.
