Very clean and cosy. Great space for a family. Room has everything we needed. A playground was nearby as well. Breakfast has a nice selection and toys in that area for the kids to play with as well. Nice view of the mountain from our room.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed everything about this place. The house was exceptionally clean inside — honestly, much cleaner than we expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. We stayed as a group of 8 people, and everything was perfectly prepared for us. All the beds were ready, and the entire house was spotless and well-organized. The owners were very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the beautiful mountain views from the terrace — such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Another big advantage is the location. The lake is incredibly close — just a 2–3 minute walk, and you’re already on the beach. There is also a convenient place to park cars, which is definitely a big plus. We highly recommend this house and would definitely love to come back again!

We loved our stay! The apartment is amazing, newly renovated and very well taken care of! The kitchen is very well equipped. We were close by the lake and a lot of things to do in the area, we also love the little city of Ebensee! Nicole was the kindest host, the communication was great! She recommended a lot of activities to do and places to visit in the area :)
