It was fantastic!From the moment we entered the hotel everybody was super nice and friendly. Breakfast is excellent and being able to choose the dinner menu among few options was a great plus. The room was a good size and super clean. And the spa exceeded our expectations. Aroma infuse sauna everyday that Patric makes was an amazing experience. this hotel was just what we needed.

I booked this hotel as a treat when finishing the Karnischer Hohenweg. I wasn't disappointed! There were several email exchanges over queries I had. These were always answered very quickly. The staff were all very friendly and the owners clearly keen to provide a great service. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!! The tourist card that the hotel offers as part of the room price is particularly good value. I would highly recommend the Hotel Garni-Zerza as a base for exploring this beautiful area of Austria and if I'm back in that area would use it again without hesitation.

Thank you very much for a few wonderful days spent at the Falkensteiner Carinzia Hotel. A week before Christmas, we organized a family gathering for 4 generations here and spent unforgettable days together. The entire hotel is luxuriously and tastefully furnished, it feels very peaceful and harmonious. The spa is an absolutely fantastic experience, especially after a morning of skiing - relaxation with a view of the mountains is truly unforgettable. We also really appreciated the perfect cleanliness of the entire hotel. However, what needs to be highlighted above all is the quality of the food and especially the staff - our waiter Ruben was amazing. Throughout our stay, we met extremely nice, kind and professional people in all services. Their communication, helpfulness and sincere smiles were at the highest level. The icing on the cake for us were the yoga lessons and the absolutely sweetest instructor who gave them a beautiful atmosphere. A big and touching surprise for us was also that our grandmother, who was celebrating her birthday with you, received a festively decorated table and a beautiful cake in the evening without prior notice. It was truly unforgettable for her – and for us. We spent a wonderful pre-Christmas family time with you and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will be happy to come back to you.
