A perfect accommodation in a perfect environment. The landscape is absolutely stunning in every direction — whether you’re up for a short walk or a longer hike, there are plenty of options. We arrived during rainy weather, but still went out to explore, and it was truly worth it — just beautiful. The accommodation itself is fantastic, with a great atmosphere. It’s very well-equipped, clean, and tastefully furnished. We informed the hosts in advance that we’d be arriving late, and they were already waiting for us — we were welcomed as if we were returning home to a kind relative. I had accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double, and when I asked if it was possible to switch, they immediately made the change for us without any problem. The breakfast was really tasty. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place — the surroundings and the hosts are simply amazing.

The place is very nice and clean, just next to lake, the host is friendly, we missed their message and come too early but they nicely let us in. We had a great time in there.

We simply love this hotel on our way to Salzburg. Magical location and the rooms have a wonderful view of the lake, mountains and surrounding nature. In addition, the balcony at each room has a perfectly large door for a beautiful view. The room also has chairs for the terrace, a television, a full cooling bar and cosmetics in the bathroom with a bathtub. Everything you need for a great stay at Mondsee. The breakfast is absolutely divine. You can order from a wide selection and eat and drink to your heart's content. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Parking is free.

Free parking, beautiful view, modern and spacious room (I was in room 2), very big patio, all in all: it was amazing.

The Ebner's Waldhof am See Resort & Spal has very spacious family rooms. The spa area, especially the heated pool, is magnificent. You can come to lunch in a terry robe straight from the spa area. I really liked the food - a large variety of tasty and healthy food - you can even make your own smoothie from apples, carrots, sellerei and ginger. For dinner, you can choose from several menus, including vegetarian cuisine. Dinner dishes are served and decorated at the level of Michelin 5 stars. Every day the hotel has a new plan of events. The hotel is run by a family, their care and attention are present in every corner of the hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is ideally located just a two-minute walk from the shores of Lake Fuschisee. It is situated in a quiet area and features a spacious parking lot, which tends to fill up around lunchtime. The food is incredibly delicious, with a menu that offers a wide variety of local dishes. Additionally, the breakfast is both tasty and satisfying.

Everything was perfect Staff: We were greeted by very friendly staff who was fluent in English. She went the extra mile by cooridinating with the Mondsee tourist information centre to get our Salzkammergut card. She helped us check-in even though we were a few hours early. Because we were early, she wasn't able to show us the hotel and its facilities, but they do offer that when you arrive, a great personal touch not many hotels do. We actually returned to the hotel much later in the evening and we didn't want to bother the staff, who we think was a waiter from the restaurant. The staff that waited during breakfast were fantastic as well. Room/Facilities: With only 8 rooms (5 in the "floor" we're on), it felt very exclusive. Everything still feels very new. The only noise you'll hear from your room is the water on the lake. The room was massive and the bed is similar (if not actually) to a king size bed. The pool and sauna was very nice after a long day of sight seeing. You are able to get into the lake from the sauna facility (you will have to navigate through some stairs). They also have nuts, candy and flavoured water in the hall for you to take throughout the day, great little detail. The breakfast was...wow...the spread was insane. Cold cuts, salmon, all sorts of bread, cake, pastry, yogurt and cereal that you can customize yourself, eggs/bacon/ham/omelette freshly made at your request. Cannot stress how amazing the breakfast was... Ambiance/Vibe: The view of the lake as you enter the hotel was stunning, especially when it's sunny. There is a very chilled and relaxed vibe with this hotel and their restaurant. It didnt feel like it's just a place for you to crash after a long day of sight-seeing. The other thing we very much enjoyed was the fact that most patrons of the hotel and restaurant were german speaking. We felt out of place, in a good way.

Loved staff, location, breakfast and rooms looked quite new. Shower was great and bed comfy and pillows very small but they did have a larger one as well. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and eggs cooked while you waited. The view from this hotel was stunning. The restaurant has inside and outside area and it was lovely. Nothing I didn’t disliked. Parking for free onsite an added bonus if you have a car.

Super position in beautiful area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food super, for both breakfast and dinner. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome.

Quality family-led hotel with very welcoming owners and staff. The breakfast was first class. The view out of our room is unbeatable! Instead of booking a hotel in Salzburg, take this instead. Wonderful place!

Location and magnificent views. The hotel is a great place to stay and explore nature - hikes, cycling and also go for short city breaks.

This property is stunning!!! Impeccable service, excellent food, beautiful spa. We stayed in this hotel for many years before it became a Rosewood hotel. It was wonderful back then, and now with the new renovation and team, it has become a dream!
