Very kind and helpful owners. The guesthouse is nice and clean and they are always making improvements on it. The area is peaceful and a good place to be at. Maybe a few years later I will come back.

Beautiful quiet location between the lakes. Soundproofed room with a large balcony. All people with the staff helpful and pleasant. Food selection for breakfast sufficient. A wide range of activities. Only a short distance to the promenade with many restaurants and bars. Some might miss the air conditioning on hot days, we like warm days, so it didn't limit us in any way even at 32°C outside.

We arrived in the hotel a few days before end of the season. There were only a few guests in the hotel, we nearly had the whole spa and saunas for ourselves! The staff was really nice, we never had the feeling of being "the unwanted last guests right before season ending". The new sauna and spa area is spacious, very clean. Our highlight was the lake sauna with a great view on the Klopeiner See. The rooms were tidy with modern bathrooms. Breakfast was plentyful.
