Great location- only 15 mins by tram to the city center and the stop is only 20 m from the hotel. Easy connection to the S7 line at St.Marx station to the airport. The rooms and the building overall are brand new, everything is new and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff.

Hotel feels new and clean, 10 min walk from the last U-Bahn (subway) station, direct line (15 min) to Karlplatz in the old city center, lettingyou get there from the hotel in about half an hour. Great price for the location and quality. A nice park is just across the street, despite you need to walk some more steps to the entrance. If you arrive by car, be sure to reserve the parking space in advance, it might get difficult otherwise. Hotel restaurant seems to be a popular place also among locals

We only used the room. They have a parking close by, but due to roadworks it was a bit awkward to get there. On the other hand, Wien has excellent public transport system so everything is easily approachable especially with help of navigation apps. The room was spacious, and beds very comfortable. Everything was spotless and I loved the free water with lemons and oranges in the lobby, for the joggers or cyclists (but also the other guests could have some.
