Absolutely delightful experience. Room was spacious, clean, and the mountain view was stunning beyond belief. Staff was very polite, helpful and speaks English. Pools area is huge and very well maintained. SPA was beautiful and relaxing, located on 2 floors (!), with bar and terrace and outdoor thermal pools and saunas and indoor pool and complimentary hot and cold drinks and herbal scrub in the showers and... and and and.... Again stunning views - we could sit on the terrace for hours. But the best about this hotel was restaurant. We had half-board - both breakfast and dinner was just LOADED. I don't remember this level of variety and freshness of food selection in any other hotel. Waiters were super nice, attentive and trying to make us feel as comfortable as possible, while not being obtrusive. Especially Natalia and Nikola went far and beyond to help us with our every request. What a lovely stay. We will definitely be coming back!

The Sportalm was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, well designed, great views, and fantastic food and service. The food is excellent, with breakfast, a 3pm after ski snack, and a 5 course dinner. We loved selecting our dinner each morning, the daily soup is soooo good. The Chestnut soup is a stand out. The service is fast, efficient, but not intrusive. The bar is well designed with very creative drinks. We loved this place, I'd move in if I had the choice. Nice sauna, complete weight and exercise room, 5 min drive to the ski area(s)...if your going to Pitztal, this is the place to stay.

We drove from Munich. When we were greeted, we were offered the lunch buffet which had hot soup and many delicious grab and go treats. There are multiple spa areas, which was really nice. I wish they had a cold plunge year-round. It would have been nice to do the hot tub then the cold plunge in back in the hot tub again. The location was amazing. You have the capacity to walk 100 feet to get on a lift to go snowboarding. Those slopes have a red run that leads all the way down to the hotel. The other two slopes are less than a five minute drive. The massage therapist, whose name I think was Michel, is absolutely amazing and well worth the hour session. I had a small incident while snowboarding and he took very good care of my calf/knee. He went above and beyond with taping it for me.
