Friendliness, clean & comfortable and client

Amazing apartment and we appreciated that they offered us an upgrade! The facillities are excelent. the apartment was big and brand new. The self check-in was very easy and quick.

Ithe manager was nice. The room large , clean and the bed perfekt.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and the cleanliness was spotless - every detail was taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options to start the day off right. But what really made my stay stand out was the friendly staff. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff, amenities, and views all combined to make for a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be coming back again!

The food in the restaurant is amazing, fine dining and the breakfast service very good with a vast variety of choices. I would recommend trying the wonderful wine and spirits from the hotel's very own wine and spirits shop. There is a warm meal a-la carte service around lunch and dinner time, which I found life-saving after a long trip. I did not ask, but I am sure that hotel might accommodate the specific dietary requirements. There were vegan and vegetarian meals. I liked the fact that the majority of food was locally grown. The hotel staff, the receptionists, the chef were very nice and helpful. As of the reception staff, they genuinely strive to meet most of the guests' wishes and/or requirements. There is a hairdryer in the room (I would expect all rooms) and the iron station (professional grade) on the 5th floor to use if one needs it. During the night, there are sensor operated little lights strategically placed above the floor, so one does not need to turn on the light if one goes to the bathroom. The room temperature, A/C and the blackout curtains (as well as sound proof rooms) were perfect for a 5-star snooze. The wifi connection in the entire hotel is excellent, which was important for me and I find the work space on the 1st floor great for working. It is a great and inviting space, if one is hosting a conference, a team building or a conference. The view of the mountains is beautiful and, even though the hotel is situated in the industrial zone and close to the interstate road, did not spoil the entire experience for me. The little touches, design of the interiors spaces (industrial), sustainability and ecological awareness were a huge plus for me. I will definitely come back, that is for sure.

The hotel room was clean, spacious and neat. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that everthing was perfectly tailored to our needs.

Perfect clean, large and spaceous room for my business travel

After spending a month working and living in Switzerland, we chose this hotel because of its excellent reviews — and every single one of them turned out to be absolutely true. This is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. The swimming pool is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the whole atmosphere is wonderful. One of the highlights was having breakfast with a breathtaking view of the mountains — truly unforgettable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to come back.

Receptionists in particular were excellent.

Absolutely perfect, nice and modern motel. I have to mention the online, automated check-in process and the motel's application which makes it possible to get into your room without a key. Also it is a good starting point to make trips to the neighbouring area.

The most "high-tech" hotel I've ever been to. Self check-in, self check-out, electric blinds at windows, sensor light in the bathroom... Very clean and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is cozy and the breakfast is also very varied and tasty. I can definitely recommend this hotel for your peaceful stay.

Everything, especially Isabella, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location with a lovely view and you can start your hiking tours right there. The restaurant that is part of the hotel has great quality food, which is very convenient- after a long day's hike you can just take a shower and sit down and enjoy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to arrive later than the usual check in time. The room was clean, comfortable and with big balcony. Good location, beautiful views. Breakfast selection was super. Parking is free and convenient.

The Hotel Freschen is in a very convenient location opposite the train station (no, it's not noisy at all and there is a great bakery!). The hotel has plenty of car parks and storage for bikes if required. It's a short walk up the road to the centre of Rankweil. We stayed in one of the Premium Double Rooms which was absolutely huge, very modern, in superb condition and super clean with a very large bed and lovely sheets. In fact the whole hotel is super clean, the breakfast buffet is overflowing with beautifully tasty, fresh food, great baked goods and excellent coffee. We found the staff to be very helpful and super nice (thank you Alejandra and Milos) and we very much enjoyed some interesting conversations over breakfast with the owner, Mr Herbolzheimer. In summary, it's fabulous, we have stayed here before and we will definitely be back! Thanks to the whole team at the Hotel Freschen for making our stay a fantastic one!

The peace, the cleaness, the tasty food.

Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and helpful, professional staff.

Very Very beautiful rooms! Absolutely amazing pprices and it just kept getting better when i was able to check out by myself and have a completely relaxing room, for such a price too? would definitely book in again!

Place was clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

The way to the home, neighborhood, yard, views, air. One of the most memorable stay

It is one of the best places to stay in Austria. Clean and comfortable room, quite quiet despite its location near the station. I really liked the breakfast: for the price, everything you need and even more. Special thanks to the administrator for helping us settle in quickly and demonstrating excellent service!
