Spacious modern room, great breakfast, fantastic “Badehaus” with access to the river which was warm and clean to swim

The hotel is really nice, clean and rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and were very kind in providing all the needed information. The location is also nice, still close to the town, however reachable probably only by car. Huge benefit is the free car parking.

Great location. Nice views of the mountains. Good breakfast. Excellent hospitality.

Very nice location, very clean and confortable everything was top!definitely will return on this location next year!

Free parking, wifi in the rooms, good breakfast, comfortable bed.

Staff were very accommodating, the room was huge, the location great and the bed decent, especially when you compare how little I paid for it

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, design, comfort. Very spacious room.

The beste hotel with the best staff.

The staff was really nice. And the breakfast fast fantastic

A modern, comfortable room with everything I needed for a truly pleasant stay. The value for money is excellent, and the lovely window view overlooking the street added a cosy touch. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff—always welcoming, flexible, and ready with a smile. The service was truly top-notch. I would highly recommend it!

The atmosphere was great, expensive and the staff was friendly.

The view from our room was breathtaking, the staff (especially the owner, Richard) were outstanding. We felt so at home and really well looked after. No ask was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the support from the hotel over the ironman weekend was much appreciated! We cannot wait to return!!

Excellent placing, in front of your balcon you can see the lake, beautiful garden, delicious food and very-very kind staff. Try it, worth to have active or passive relaxation even with a dog!

Absolutely fabulous, fabulous, fabulous hotel. From the check-in (Susane was amazing . Her knowledge and help was brilliant). The food...worth spending money on. Especially the breakfast in The Kitchen restaurant. It was our 40th Ruby anniversary, and a bottle of champagne and cake was awaiting our arrival. And also in the restaurant evening meal. Kris and Evangeline, as we're all the staff, looking after us. This hotel goes above and beyond . Secure parking and a fabulous Spa pool and amenities. Lovely promenade walk to Opatjia or a 20 minute bus ride to Rijeka . This hotel is by far one of the best we have stayed in. Very recommended.

Everything was great. The lady and man on the hall were very friendly and very welcoming. Great location, very quiet. Comfortable room and bed. Super recommended, I really liked my stay. Riccardo

Enormous room! everything was really really clean!

We really liked the way the staff treated us. They were exceptionally kind and helpful. Food was fantastic, the atmosphere was very calm and chilling.

Everything was amazing. Such a beautifull place, with luxury equipment. Our second stay and not the last. We loved it. Thank you so much.

Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great: just at the city centre, quiet, safe, close to the train station... We enjoyed our stay, our walk in the city centre and the Christmas market, and we also liked the Katzen Café nearby.

An amazing historical building , very well mentioned. The atmosphere reminds me of a period drama movie; classic furniture, all very clean. The view from my window was a dream: the central square of Klagenfurt with the Maria Theresa statue, the city mayor building -Rathouse, the towers of the church right behind-as a skyline. You are struck by the warmth and kindness of the staff.
