Malgrat l'efecte del cicló Jasper i les posteriors pluges que van afectar la zona de Cape Tribulation, la estada va ser fantàstica. La persona de contacte que vam tenir va ser totalment honesta sobre l'estat de Cape Tribulation i sobre les activitats que es podien realitzar. Tot i la manca d'activitats, la nostra persona de contacte va fer man i mànigues per ajudar-nos a organitzar tasts de fruites tropicals, fer una ruta dïurna i fer una ruta nocturna. Realment no es pot demanar més d'un allotjament que el fet de tractar-te respectuosament i honestament. Aquest va ser el motiu que ens va dur a seguir amb el viatge malgrat els efectes del cicló.
