Loved everything about this apartment, Location was fantastic, It was fresh, bright and very Clean, It was modern. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having 2 bathrooms. It was soo quiet and great value for money. Great communication which made our stay pleasurable. It felt very homey. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this apparent 😁

Such a clean, cozy place in the middle of the action, yet very quiet and felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby and very walkable. Would highly recommend.

All the lovely staff were so friendly and obliging throughout our comfortable stay and even extended our checkout to noon when we were worried about not being able to make it back in time from the hot air balloon spectacular (a must visit!). We ended up able to make it for 10am checkout but the peace of mind was priceless during the early morning jaunt as it was our last chance to catch it for the trip. Shall return to stay whenever we are back in Canberra. Spacious and huge dining table with fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to neighborhood centre for food yet quiet environment. Secured basement parking with shutter that is operated by the staff from 9pm to 6am. Easy assess to lift.

Close to the lake (the Lake cafe was excellent) and lots of...

Close to the lake (the Lake cafe was excellent) and lots of other things to see - the Library; the National Gallery; Portrait Gallery. Bike lanes close and as an added bonus, we were only an easy walk away from the balloon festival so were able to get up early and see them take off. Amazing!

Barton is the best place to base yourself when visiting...

Barton is the best place to base yourself when visiting Canberra. It’s easy to walk to Parliament House, the National Gallery, Kingston Foreshore and Manuka. It is very easy to get onto main roads if you are heading out of town in any direction. The streets are lovely for walking and Telopea Park is so pretty. Maple and Grove is a great cafe - perfect for early coffee (7am), breakfast or lunch.
