Every thing was excellent except the check out time I wish it was 12 pm instead of 10 am

Extremely caring and kind staff; everything is new and clean; it was a lovely touch that there were some snacks/milk/coffee etc. If I’m back in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

It was located in a perfect location, close to shops and bus stop in Kingston. The rooms had kitchen and kitchenware to cook with wash/drier and all amenities inside. It also has had great collection of instant tea, coffee and mocha . Comfortable bed and clean rooms

This is my fifth stay at the East and I love the Hotel. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. I had room service and the food was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and the room was quiet. Very much looking forward to our next stay.

Great location, rooms, staff and food. Free lock up parking. Even though located near a very busy roundabout the noise is quite minimal and not intrusive. Will stay there again.

Hotel environment was quite cosy and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. The family interconnecting room was very convenient and was up to expected standard. Staff were friendly. Check in, check out and communicating with hotel staff were very convenient through SMS system. Very relaxing environment. Highly recommend this hotel for a granny holiday.

Very spacious apartment with a separate bedroom, comfy sofa, large table, kitchen, etc. Far more than we hoped for. It's a pity we didn't have such a great place in a slightly more interesting city, like Melbourne.;)
